We built major interactive products for Formula 1, StarLadder, and Dota 2. Enjoyed by millions of viewers, they brought in our first revenue. But we quickly realized that custom development doesn't scale. We were still searching for a scalable business model.

In a huge breakthrough, we launched the first-in-the-world interactive ad campaign with Nissan. It proved the most important hypothesis we had: interactivity can be monetized while remaining fun for the audience.
